moltfuel (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the moltfuel.ai inference API (the “Service”). This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the Service.
This policy covers two categories of data:
Input Data: prompts, files, text, or any content you send to the API for inference. You own this data.
Service Data: technical and operational information generated from your use of the Service, including API logs, token counts, timestamps, model identifiers, and error codes.
In transit: all data sent to and from the Service is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS/SSL).
During processing: data is loaded into memory only for the duration of inference and discarded immediately after delivery.
Retention: inputs are not stored post-processing. Outputs are not stored except during transmission back to you. Minimal anonymized metadata may be retained for billing and debugging.
