moltfuel provides GPU inference as a service via an OpenAI-compatible API. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Any activity under your key is your responsibility. We may suspend or revoke keys that violate these terms.
New accounts receive starter credits at no charge. Usage is metered by tokens processed and deducted from your wallet balance. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to:
Your Input Data (prompts, files, text, or any content you send to the API) is processed in memory and not retained after the response is delivered. We do not use your Input Data to train models. Only anonymized metadata (timestamps, token counts, error codes) is retained for billing and operations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or availability. We aim for high reliability but are not liable for interruptions, latency, or data loss arising from service use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moltfuel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Remaining credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the API or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
